The fullfillment of a dream is never attained simply
through wanting. Patience, hard work, perserverance and, most importantly, the commitment of believers is what turns a dream
into reality. We are greatful for the many friends and believers throughout the community who supported this exciting journey
to establish the Merrimack Valley Hospice House.

December 31, 2014 –
Lawrence, MA – Governing board members of the East Coast Camaro Club (ECCC) presented Merrimack
Valley Hospice with a check for more than $8,000, the proceeds from their ever-popular All Vehicle
Car Show held each August. The donation will help support patient care and bereavement services for those in the
community as they face end-of-life challenges in their own homes or at Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill. For almost two decades,
the ECCC has hosted the largest third-party fundraiser for Merrimack Valley Hospice. “Hospice
has provided care to so many in our community, including members of our club, our families and our
friends,” says George Giroux, president of East Coast Camaro Club. “We are proud to
be able to support local people who are facing this critical time and the professionals of Merrimack
Valley Hospice who deliver this special kind of care to them.” “We are so grateful for the
generosity of all who come out to the annual event by the East Coast Camaro Club,” says John
Albert, President and CEO of Home Health Foundation and Merrimack Valley Hospice. “The Club does such a great
job in making it a fun day, as well as helping raise awareness for the unique resources available through our services.
That is what makes a third-party event so meaningful to us and the people who are involved.”
